Educators who stay, and children who feel it

We take pride in employing dedicated, qualified early childhood educators and teachers who are passionate about working with children and families.

Experienced, long-serving professionals

We are proud to have two educators who have been with our service for more than 10 years, along with many other educators who have been part of our team for over 3 to 5 years.

Our service also has an experienced Early Childhood Teacher, providing leadership, mentoring and educational expertise to support quality outcomes for children.

Retaining experienced educators gives children and families consistency, familiarity and trusting relationships. By building strong, stable teams, children develop meaningful connections with their regular educators, who know them well and are responsible for their learning group.

Qualifications and checks

The credentials behind the care

Queensland Blue Cards

All of our educators hold a current Queensland Blue Card, the Working with Children Check.

First aid on duty

At all times there are educators on duty with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Ongoing training

Ongoing educator training and a culture of continuous improvement keep children's best interests at the centre of our practice.

Why continuity matters for your child

A familiar educator notices the small things: the word your toddler is trying to say, the friend they always look for, the routine that helps them settle after lunch. That knowledge carries from week to week and makes drop-off easier for everyone.

You can see how our team's approach shapes daily practice on our child safety page and in centre life.
